Come on, I also liked the game but I still found this pretty funny. Same with the TMNT game on the NES. I loved that game and it was hard as fuck but I just laughed my ass of when I saw AVGN's take on it

Yeah but Turtles on the NES deserves the beatdown and while i wouldn't give moonwalker top scores it just wasn't that funny cause there's not enough to whine about. The turtles video though, it's hilarious :D

Feel kind of like i'm repeating myself here but: the game isn't good, i bnever said that. It's just not THAT bad ;)

And he has like 2 points all in all; you have to pen too many doors and Michael grabs his groin ^^

I'm with the Nerd on this one (as I am with most of his game reviews).

I bought Moonwalker the day after its release and was very impressed; it was one of my favorite games.
Shoot, it even got good reviews at the time.

I played it last year just to experience it again, and it totally sucks.
I hated playing it. Got through one level and shut it off.

The MegaDrive has a ton of timeless classics, but Moonwalker is far from being one of them.

The arcade version isn't much better.

Well, that was interesting.
Could have thrown some more crappy cartridge games in the review, or setup a Part III, but oh well.

Agreed^ not one of his better episodes (in fact his Nintendo Collection filler episode was much better).

I was looking forward to some serious game bashing after the far superior Part One.
The Jaguar is loaded with crap and he missed a great opportunity!

The funny thing about that game is that a lot of games during that time had those kind of crappy design choices... Like respawning enemies and the other shitty "try and error" gameplay
