Loakum Ugh….scratch that previous comment. The upcoming Game of Thrones video game is a F’in mobile phone game. Why can’t they came an open world GoT game, like Witcher 3 or God of War? (> 3 Months ago)

Excess chronic consumption -> binge mechanism in all species? -> cravings for more
Effect: Numbed pleasure response, hyper-reactivity to porn, willpower erosion
I nuked my entire collection and deleted all the bookmarks. Now I am on a 90 day journey to reset my brain, been porn free since April 26, 2012 :P

No, you need to get the fuck out of the house and socialize. Your world is your room, you're an introverted recluse and it's unhealthy.

Today I was studying at the library and this hot girl next to me was kinda checking me out and she looked horny.... for the first time I can remember my dick actually got erected in a public place it felt good. I haven't looked at porn for 11 days now (before it was a daily routine: drop off parents, go to the gym > wait for sister to leave for work then look for porn.... I haven't done that in 11 days and more and more I have been thinking of ways to approaching real women, reading the neogaf dating thread, watching vids on youtube when i can and so on.
This is real science, if you watch the video above it will put everything in a layman perspective. So far I have spent my life amassing a collection of porn and porn related websites (now deleted). I masturbated to it so much that it totally killed any interest I had in approaching real women. After watching the first video I posted, it really made sense and the second video was even better...plus this thread on neogaf

If you have a a girlfriend or wife then this is unnecessary but if you are alone and have been using porn as a substiute to a real relationship then yes this applies to you. No more porn for me ever! So far this has really helped me out but I will keep you guys updated.

Just as gambling can be an "addiction" so in a similar sense so can pornography. I know porn users will scoff at such but whatever.

Winter is coming. Brrrr.
Since 6900 DaysIf any of you guys are serious about this I recommend the following things:
Read this book called "Spark the revolutionary science of exercise and the brain" This book is really well written and it lays of the benefits of running/cycling (doing exercise that pumps blood to the brain and throughout the body). I have been exercising regularly since Summer or 2010 and as a result: I am more focused, my ability to concentrate has risen through the roof, my mood is better, I am more optimistic and my academic grades keep on increasing big big time....I didn't even know that I was good at math or liked math until late last year.
Buy organic turmeric, boil water and mix one teaspoon of turmeric and drink it daily. This yellow spice from India is simply amazing...I am pretty sure it helps me concentrate better, I have been taking it since January 2012. It also makes the skin shiny and healthy looking ;)
Eat locally grown blueberries (similar to turmeric - helps me a lot) and buy green pastures cod liver oil (you may or may-not need this depending on your diet and consumption of omega 3)
If I could only chose of the above it would be exercise. Seriously, exercising regularly (at least 4 times a week for 30 mins at 50-60% heart rate capacity) since Summer of 2010 has helped me greatly. I was totally lost in life and didn't know what to do next, but reading that book and committing to exercise is slowly but surely paying off. My academic performance just shot up....I now love reading books, love math, I have superior control over urges....simply amazing all thanks to that book IMO.
