Pro Evolution Soccer 2012

Football/soccer fans must be very glad this week as it is now Konami's turn to try to please them with Pro Evolution Soccer 2012. This year's edition feels closer to the PS2 series which used to be the yardstick against which all football games were measured. AI has been improved to support the player but there are still some problems with the defense and the goal keepers. Also, the physics engine is a lot less impressive than Fifa's, which is still our favorite football game this year.

Let's continue our video frenzy with the second demo of Pro Evolution Soccer 2012. Xbox 360 owners were not able to try the first one as it was never released so it's time to catch up. As for the others, they can actually compare the two builds and decide if the first one has been improved. I'll let you discuss this in peace and harmony of course.

Konami announced yesterday that two demos of Pro Evolution Soccer 2012 would be released before the game ships. The first one is already available on PC and should arrive later this week on consoles. It features 6 teams and a 10 minute match and is based on the preview build. The second demo should be there around mid september, it will be based on the final version and will include 6 other teams. Here are two video captured from the PC demo, enjoy!

Konami has announced the release date for Pro Evolution Soccer 2012 for PC, PS3 and Xbox 360. It will be released on October 14 (on September 29 in France). You can find, after the jump, the latest gameplay video entitled "One on One".
