"Il semblerait que Electronics Arts soit en phase d'arrangement avec Microsoft puisque Battlefield 1942 serait le premier jeu prévu à sortir sur le Xbox Live d'après les dires d'un employé Microsoft. D'autres jeux seraient prévus bien sûr par la suite. Aucune annonce officielle n'a encore été faite de la part de EA tout comme de Microsoft mais il semblerait que l'E3 pourrait nous réserver cette surprise. Il ne reste plus qu'à ésperer mais IGN.com étant l'auteur de cette rumeur, on peut y accorder du sérieux."
