PGR 3 Speed Pack - Help!

Ok, I've downloaded the Project Gotham Racing 3 Speed Pack, which allows me to drive new cars, But I can't seem to find them. Is there something I need to do first?

Just think about it man. If you're in career mode, you have to buy the cars. They should just be there in playtime.

I KNOW THAT!! God, give me some credit! There not in Playtime ethier! and before anybody says anything about the download not being finished, it is! Sorry to be a bit uprupt but this is getting on my nerves!

there is a place in pgr3 to check installed packs, does it show a pack there?

If not, then it's not installed, if so, thne you're probably just not seeing them.

You may have to buy them first, buy them IN career mode, not the marketplace. I don't have the pack so this is just a wild guess.

On the Xbox 360 dashboard it shows 1 download in the played games section, so it is downloaded.

I can not buy the cars in Career mode or drive them in Playtime mode - they are not on the car list.

A thought had occured to me is this pack online only? only able to drive new cars online? i'll go and try it in the morning!

because I pretty specifically said "in pgr3" and he replied with "I checked it in the dashboard" which is not "in pgr3"?

If I told him to touch his left leg and he touched his left arm he would be acting foolishly. same principle.

I was kind of in a hurry, i'm not by my 360 now but from the main menu I think if you choose the more option, you'll find the "downloaded packs" area and can check to see if it says it's installed or not.

and/or I meant ot suggest just deleting it and redownloading the pack. You'll only be charged once.

Ok I have it now! I did too things, I redownloaded the pack again and I received an Xbox Live update. I think the Xbox Live update proberly done it.

BTW - rjcc, I know that you said "in PGR3", I was'nt Online at the time and I thought it would be good enough checking from the dashboard.

ah, yeah, you need the xbl update to use the pack. you must have downloaded the pack from the marketplace, signed out of live, THEN tried to play pgr3.

Speaking of PGR3, is anybody anywhere near the qualifying time? I've got it down to 55.2 but still away off the 53.8 odd time :/ Can't see where I can get the speed from either! :((

I actually haven't tried it yet, everytime I starte it, some jackass friend of mine would invite me to play some cat & mouse w/ the weisemanns and bam there goes three hours of my life.

Not the qualifying runs but if you go to the Race against the clock leaderboards, you can download the top times. Just get the top Gallardo one.

I'm not at home so the exact navigation escapes me but it's something like that.

I started off at 1:03:00 so I've shaved almost 8 seconds off, you get there with practice but I reckon that final 64 will be a very exclusive bunch. Fortunately they are talking about tournaments aimed at us mere mortals also!
