Best moment in GRAW single player

When you are with ur 3 soldiers and you have to hold off 2 tanks, 3 SUVs and 30-40 enemy soldiers while protecting one of the VIPs from getting shot at the same time. the Music and the atmosphere was amazing, it took me 6 tries to get through it.

Anywho. I had many enjoyable momments with GRAW. If I had to pick one it would probably be the level where you get to control the APC, the Apache and your (idiotic) team, and you have to storm an enemy base.

The rooftop level with all the sniping was cool too.

GRAW is a memorable experience from start to finish. Finished it in hard mode last week… Sure it was tough, but all you need is patience careful scouting of the levels and careful thinking in choosing your weapons.

I have to congratulate Ubisoft for making such an excellent choice for the checkpoints. It makes the game challenging, but not frustrating, much better than Ghost Recon 2 with its “save anywhere / anytime feature. (Come on guys! Being able to save anywhere may be useful in Oblivion, but in a game like GRAW it feels like cheating… Kill one bad guy – SAVE – kill another bad guy – SAVE – repeat until level is complete…)

Play it on hard mode. Believe me it’s worth it, and not only for the achievements…

Yes, holding down the embassy is one of my top videogame moments ever.

the guys just KEEP COMING, and they adjust to whatever you're doing, it's never exactly the same

Just try holding the embassy in the one-shot-and-you’re-dead hard mode… It was a long time since a game gave me such tension.

Oh and just after Guardrail IX goes BOOOM if you still have the sniper rifle you’re sooooo dead…

Completed that on normal and hard. On normal I just took cover behind the bus, and on hard I left my team with the vip and ran around the back of the enimies. From there you can wipe them out with some well placed grenades.

As for best video game moments, it is definately up there.
Other good ones I can remember are:

The warthog escape on The Maw(the last level) on Halo1.

Zanzibar 1 flag on Halo2.

The first level of MGS2.

The dogs that smash through the windows in Resident evil.

Totally, I think many will agree with you on that. The music was incredible as you said.
