Eeeesh. Glad I dont subscribe. Yet they keep sending me issues saying "This is your last issue!" Funny thing is, If I had never played the 2nd TDU demo, I would've bought the game. Now my overall impression is the game should get a 7.2/10.

Seriously i wouldn't dare trust an oxm review (unless it said blue dragon is the best thing ever)

They are blatantly bias in favor of 360 game reviews (and not in a good way) They've given a number of games unbelievably high scores they didn't deserve.

It's not OXM as the other posters say. Also, OXM UK has a much better (i.e. honest!) reputation than the US counterpart from what I've heard.

yes it is infact. I wouldnt say the game is great based on the score of this magazine. here in the Uk, there are three sources I trust the Most EDGE Magazine (being the most trust worthy in my opinion!), Games and www.eurogamer.net

Eurogamer it depends on who you get doing it (like most sites I suppose) but they do come across as a little Playstation fanboyish and don't seem to have much time for Nintendo or Microsoft.

Then again I've read the odd good balanced review there and a handful of plain awful ones.

I bet most of us here have read stunning reviews of a game, only to get it home and find it worse then slamming your nuts in the door.

I would score Halo 3 a 10, Jolli would probably give it 4. Jolli and Op would probably give some obscure JRPG a 10, and I wouldn't piss on it if it was on fire.

Occasionally yes. they tend to be biased towards everything Sony from time to time but in terms of reviews, i think for the most part they are pretty spot on! but nothing beats EDGE of course.

jolli: I dont buy magazines either ... I snoop around every now and then and read ... who buys magazines these days anyways ???

To be honest I expect to see 6's all around, but given the original concept, perhaps it will score a bit higher..I don't really see how one can fairly pick a number (which in the end, is a really arbitrary way to review something) without actually playing the final game though..I just, expect it won't do particularly well in most reviews is all.

It is a pretty original concept though, so perhaps I'm wrong.
