Chikyuu Boueigun 3 goes on sale next week across the Pacific, where it has already gained something of a cult following. Luckily, North American gamers will also get to take a shot at the title next spring, when D3 Publisher will release the game in the US and Canada as Earth Defense Force X.

Sounds good, I hope they release it at a budget price though, certainly looking like a budget release :) If not, I'm definitly waiting till it hits the bargain bin anyway.

I'll give this game a try for sure. People seem to have loved EDF2, so this should be good.

Anyway, yes, I'm so glad we are getting this. Go get your super duper graphics elsewhere, this game looks fun as all hell.

Where's the budget?
This is coming from a developer that is notorious for producing very low budget games--but they have (in the past, atleast) reflected the budget in the games price, as well. I think that's pretty fair. If it's $60, then well, something is wrong.
