Since 7392 DaysPersonally, I like the style in the game, but not because it's nearly likeable, but because it's sort of burlesque. It's comical, over the top, and almost off-puttingly ugly in a deliberate way (I'm talking about characters), and meanwhile, this cover makes it look really charming and truthfully visually appealing.
It's a nice cover, but it is - from an artistic point of view - quite misleading.

Blue Dragon is an unimaginative JRPG featuring a myriad of JRPG cliches and very redundant looking characters. To even call this game "original" in any way is an insult to every great JRPG made.......all 4 of 'em......
