No big suprise, but now it seems that it is official:

According to Famitsu we’ll see the next iteration of Namco’s longtime Playstation exclusive Air Combat franchise on the Xbox 360. Ace Combat 6: Fires of Liberation will focus around 2 armies at war and will have online co-op and versus matches.

Sounds great. You'd think Namco would jump all over the PS3 seeing as how it has SIXAXIS. But online functionality is going to be lightyears better.

Seriously though Sony fans don't cry they are hard as nails. Take me for example I stubbed my toe last night trying to do this after the DMC4 announcement and while my eyes got watery not a single tear fell. I remained calm, cool and collected.

Part of me is happy about some of these announcements primarily because it may mean more serious japanese support for the 360.

I don't mind so much the announcement of games going mutli that I didn't intend to purchase anyway. If MGS4 or FF13 go to the 360 though.. I'll feel very very bad about purchasing a ps3. Sure there is heavenly sword and other things, but if either one of those go to the 360 I'll probably try to return the ps3 for a refund or maybe not.. I've never been good at following through on returning electronics =P
