Holy cow! I had never heard of this until now, I have to get my hands on this now.. it was a Japan only Xbox game apparently, released by From Software.

This is apparently old news but first I heard of it, after a friend stumbled upon it.

I would totally pay $60 to be an ass kickin' , mecha drivin' President!

I wish there was a feedback page for FROM SOFTWARE I could find or something, I'd beg them to port it to 360 or just release a US XBOX version w/ the BC code on the disc, and release it like at $40. They should totally release it in time for the big windup of the '08 elections :D

edit: I just checked yahoo japan auctions and it's madness.. only 3 there but they're going for 8,250 yen, 10,000 yen, and 13,000 yen!

I've played this.. the gameplay is good.. the voices and the story are so bad that they're entertaining. After about the third time you here your secretary say "Mr. President!" you pretty much want to kill yourself.

I played the demo a long time ago, it was ok, nothing like the best from From Software, Otogi.

i bought this game from indonesia ages ago for my chipped up xbox ..its one of the best mecha games ive played and it makes armoured core 4 /chromehounds look like spectrum games ..the graphics were way advanced .
its also weird that the game text is in japanese but the rest is in english so i had no probs playing and finishing it.

i think its too old for them to make a new one and for some daft reason they never ported it over to the west but they still pump out the shitty armoured core series ..madness !!!
