I just prefer the JPN box art over the US one. But hey, I'm still buying the game...the US version. So whatever, I can deal with it. Not like I'm going to stare at it all day and lick it or something. That's reserved for the Lost Odyssey box art :o

Bebpo also thought Enchanted Arms was good, but I know a lot of people that would probably disagree with him on that.

Just because "they" don't seem to like it, doesn't mean "you" won't enjoy it.

It has more good points than that, it is a typical Namco JRPG, nothing much new, but charming enough and quite fun.

I'm not enjoying it as much as Blue Dragon, but thats mainly because of the battle engine.

Cutscenes are hideously long and i love cutscense, but this game goes over board.

you have a point, but bebpo has tastes similar to mine (about jrpg), so I can trust him. Reading that TB feel low budget, it's too short(about 20 hours), too easy, with bad story and a shallow battle system , put me down -____-

Yup, pretty much. I don't know if they thought this was a Blue Dragon caliber type of game or something. I'm pretty much expecting a typical Namco B-game JRPG. Not the best game out there, but enjoyable.

Does the story pan out like Baten Kaitos? If so, you will be pleasantly surprised at the end how well the game was.

And Blue Dragon's music is fail compared to this (atleast what I've heard)

I would agree with the music thing, Trusty Bells music is much better.

Never played Baten Kaitos or Xenosaga.

I like the American one much better which is unusual for me. The Japanese has some neat details but it is too cluttered and the girls head just seems out of place to me. Also, I prefer the American one because it seems to capture the spirit of the game better. That said, I wish they had shown a bit of the environment in the American since that is part of the games charm. I also prefer the colors in the Japanese.
