Well they did make Star Fox Adventures. No matter how you feel about the actual game, that was pretty stunning too. Fur shading sort of went away after that. :O

indeed it was. I wasn't a fan of the Fox with Fur design, but it was impressive nonetheless.

If only I thought it did suck! Instead it was just decent enough for me to feel sad that it was so generic and boring.

I would gladly give a new adventure game a shot, because I think Fox is a really cool character, and I think he deserves something more character driven in addition to "real" Star Fox games.
