There are so many things right about this game that it makes it easy to ignore the few niggles that I have. When I first played the demo I really didn't realise the potential of the sandbox approach that they have gone with. Even when I booted up the game for the first time I was put off but after an hour or so of play it just clicked. The demo really doesn't do the game any justice.
The races are fun. The new modes are fantastic. Even just driving around the city looking for the hidden jumps, billboards and road blocks is a joy thanks to the silky smooth frame rate and gorgeous graphics.
So there are a few things that annoy me. The fact that every time you gain a new license you lose track of which events you have completed is one of them. This means that you could end up doing the same race x amount of times. The lack of crash mode. The soundtrack. All these can easily be over looked however.
I would recommend anyone who liked the previous games to get this. Don't even hesitate. The demo was such an off putting piece of crap to me but the full game is a completely different story.

Mods, stop changing my SIG! I'm going to end up banning you!

Singleplayer is good too. There are many cars I want to have since I saw my friends driving them and it's fun unlocking them. Like all the modes espeacially marked man (couldn't say that about revenge).
The best however are the cars. They all behave diffrently and now it makes sense taking a stunt car for stuntevents and the fast cars for straight burnout action (I like them the most). In Revange you'd always take the car on top of your list which was kinda boring.
I also didn't like the demo but bought it because my friend recommoned it to me and said there was a koop mode. Bought it, played it and never looked back. ;)
I am glad it feels much better the final game than the demo, because I thought while I was playing that it was just another Need for Speed ^^'.
I wish you could do a replay of crashes, and change the viewpoint... kind of like Madden football, or Halo3 and save away the replay of a crash.
Soundtrack doesn't bother me much... if it begins to bother me, I do a custom soundtrack under the 360 dashboard.
Otherwise I like the game a lot... takes some getting used to navigating around .
Graphically it looks very good. Lots of Arcadey racing fun.
Oh a marked man mode in online multiplayer would be a lot of fun... hint, hint.
