Well, as explained before, because all this has been broken too for a while. The good news is that the screenshot service has very recently been fixed so images should be back when available. As for the videos, it's very unlikely it will ever been fixed (not that there's a chance XBOX, Sony or big publishers outside or Ubisoft and Capcom will ever make their trailers available to download). Now sadly, we can't do it for our video either as neither davton nor I can solve the issue. Hopefully, the fix that the owner did for the screenshots will last, but I know davton had problems with them again in the last few days so who knows. Ready assured it's not something we're happy with and it's not our decision.
