Hopefully I can stop playing Halo long enough to give it a go.

The Dreadful Unit #7
Oh, and it's a very nice looking game. It's a bit of a bummer that the frame rate does not seem to be at least locked at 30fps. I've seen dips and tearing already in the demo, just from previewing three different events. The grass is beautiful though, WOW. Still.. the frame rate is sorta disappointing.
And one more thing.. I'm not really familiar with the franchise but the handling seems rather forgiving. Is this in line with the rest of the CMR series?
as for the framerate, i agree, although its promised to be 50FPS by release. but that isnt locked, it will fluctuate. i just hope it doesnt drop below 30 when your playing
Anyways, I'll download right now and hopefully it's good. What Grift says on framerate disappoints, but what Korndog says makes at least a possibility they will get it RIGHT.
I believe in Harvey Dent too
Simply put, without it, I wouldn't even think twice about not buying the game. The outside camera shows the really bad physics engine typical from Codemasters, while the inside camera hides it and makes for a much more "realistic" and a lot more immersive experience. Chances are I'll be buying this game.
Stupid of them to release right after Forza 2.
Codemasters insists on not paying an ounce of attention to the damn physics/handling, it really does degrade their games' quality. I really couldn't finish TOCA 3 because it gets old quick. I don't want to buy this game and basically waste my money.
Even when the demo has three tracks, I only needed two rounds for each to know the game is going to get old really quick. On the other hand, you have FM2 coming out, and a demo of only one short track, yet it is a lot more re-playable and simply a lot more fun.
The graphics are amazing though, I'll give them that.
Not buying, final answer.
EDIT: The sad thing is that I'm positive the next TOCA will look amazing and play like crap, like always, the codemasters way.
GoW, War3, Halo, MYST, Civilazation

I like the Demo. I'll be racing all summer with F2 and DIRT. I do suck with the wheel. I finally won Hill Climb on the harder setting and came in 1st place only once. The wheel takes some getting used to, but it is a more rewarding experience.
My biggest complaint with the demo is no replays. I heard all Xbox 360 demos can't have replays, I guess due to Core systems... but what is up with that if it is a core system, you couldn't download the game anyways. Anyone know of a 360 demo that has replays? I would have loved to seen demos of some races/crashes. I'm also curious if the replays are superior to Forza2.
Good demo. Exactly what I expected. Force feedback and Audio surpassed my expectations. Menus are very clever, giving you info to look at while level loads... Nice.
It looks nuts though, no doubt about that. I'd say it pretty much qualifies as one of the prettiest 360 games yet (but I'm colour biased as usual) and the visuals really kept me going at it, looking to extract some pleasure from the driving mechanics.
The fact that you can't pick the higher difficulties isn't doing it any favours, that's for sure. Even if it demanded more of you if you could, that's not something us mortals will know unless we buy the game. Frankly, I don't think the friction feels like a car at all, and the buggies are all stiff and clunky and slow, so I doubt it's gonna make a huge difference even if you need to break in corners.
I was really looking forward a lot to both this and Sega Rally, but this demo put me off it. :(
Open to a change of heart if the reviews are convincing enough though. So far, Rallisport 2 is so superior it's not even funny.
Where is BC for that anyway?
