I liked the first one, i played it for days. The only thing that i disliked about it was the fact that theres no goal in the game........you cant win anything...you can only buy swimsuits.

I just hope they change that in 2.

Itagaki spent more time on DOA4's gameplay, and people complained about the graphics. Now that DOAX2 looks good, people are complaining about the gameplay when they haven't even seen or heard about any gameplay yet... :|

It's just: they are a bit to much "graphics" orientated... i really luved DOA4 and Ninja Gaiden but DOAX and DOAX 2 is just for the "I ain't gettin' none" people :)

Since when did unrealistic silicon jumping balls hanging off women's chests = good graphics?

I agree with FireWire. I am not the target demographic for this title, but there myst be a better way to spend graphical power and there is definately better ways to spend the time...

That said, it is showing excellent self shadowing.

I'm sure there are people who could enjoy those games because of that reason but it's not a weird thing to ask Team Ninja to concentrate less on the Boobs and more on the gameplay/ world design :)

You're the one who mentioned boobs, so quit puting words in my mouth. If you actually read my post, you would understand the point I was trying to make. I see more to the new graphics engine than just breast physics, which is what you seem to be focusing on. Like DOAX, I think TN is just using this game to get to know the hardware more. They used a part of the DOAX engine for DOAU and NG. I'm sure they're going to use what they learned in developing this title for their future games. At least we know they can do self-shadowing now, and there's a better chance NG2 will have it.

Don't know if this has been posted yet, but in the new OXM Itagaki confirms that Jet Skiing will be the main game this time, though you can still play volleyball it just won't be the central game. With jet skiing being the main game I really hope they get the water and wave physics looking good.
