The fans have spoken. Concerning the graphics of the Halo 3 Beta: "There's so many little effects and things going on that make this game pretty much 2nd only to Gears at the moment."

lol that video looks awesome :) The environment looks awesome really enjoying the art. Did you see that effect before? Where you get shot that grid shows up like that? Did you see that in any of blim's vids? Could this be a newer build possibly?

Lighting, foliage, textures look really good I think. Man I wonder what difficulty he was playing the game on? While fighting near river and the pelican gets badly damaged the chief looks so cool in third person holding that turret gun.

You'll respawn when one of your team mates is far enough away from combat. The idea being you don't respawn in the middle of a hail of bullets :)

On legendary, when one dies you both have to start all over from the previous checkpoint.

Thats just an assumption based on Halo 2, i thought it was a good idea, makes the game much more challenging :)

And yes, they were GREAT times, still makes me smile when i think about it.

Serious Question: How many enemies are on the first level of Halo 1?

Anyone want to count?

Because a Halo 3 battle is supposed to have that many enemies/allies fighting in a single battle in Halo 3 -- not on a level, but in a battle. Which would indicate to me "on screen or immediate proximity".
