Update: Poster on GAF said the ban was for MS employee's only. Everyone else unaffected. No link or source, take that with large bits of salt.

That is unless its a trap, remember what happened with Halo 2 and Gears? MS used them as bait to bang the hammer on modders.

Halo 3 Ban Rumor Clarification

Hopefully I can put these Halo 3 ban rumors to rest...

If you obtain a copy of Halo 3 prior to its street date of Sept 25th, you will NOT be banned from Xbox Live for playing Halo 3 early (not even my fellow softies).

So how does one obtain an early copy of Halo 3? I hear that there is a magical gnome that lives at the base of a tree in Topeka, Kansas that will give you a copy if you bring him the blood of a unicorn. Other than that, I have no clue.

One of the things that really annoyed me about oblivion is regardless of where you stole a horse from people would instantly know it was stolen the moment you got on it in a totally new location. That was gay :/

Any new gameplayer footage you see is going to be a spoiler, this is another gameplay segment (saved films) being stopped/paused and played in a new section of the game.
