Looks pretty cool, but I thought Halo 2 required Windows Vista for its live anywhere features. I could have sworn bungie mentioned that the game actually uses DX9/SM3.0, could be wrong..I'll look for the quote.

Got live today. And fired this badboy up for the first time in about 2 years. Still rules xbox live, but i must admit GOW was surprisingly fcking awesome on live. The campaign was a bit disapointing but online its just something not seen before. The gun fights with everyone one behind cover is great to see, and its so satisfying to flank the enemy.

But yeah, Halo 2. Still looks and plays amazing.

I would hope it looks better than an enhanced version of an Xbox 1 game..stupid comparison really. If Halo 3 doesn't look MUCH better than Halo 2 PC I'd be pretty disapointed.

Blue Dragon is an unimaginative JRPG featuring a myriad of JRPG cliches and very redundant looking characters. To even call this game "original" in any way is an insult to every great JRPG made.......all 4 of 'em......

Yea it's ashame that it doesn't have all that stuff that people don't need for a higher cost, that would have been much better! Seriously, there are way better things to complain about--like the fact that it doesn't come with HD cables at all (and that component cables are impossible to find) and that it should really come with a headset, to better the online experience..their biggest problems are with packaging.

But who the hell cares about Killzone, anyway? Even if the graphics are awesome, there's a reason that people want Halo 3--namely Halo 1 and Halo 2. The original Killzone doesn't exactly inspire much confidence. It may be good, but it won't be Halo 3 and that's all that matters. Resistance is more interesting than Killzone.

i have not got much faith in the killzone brand specially after that awfull vietnam game they released, that AI was just ... i dont know what it was but it was about as smart as my grammer

How many times? PLACEHOLDER. In that shot, there is quite clearly an UNTEXTURED weapon. I suppose you think that's going to be in Halo 3 as well?

I understand you felt let down by Halo 2 and don't necessarily buy in to the fact that the Halo 3 build above is months old, even now, but that comparison is ridiculous.

I like making those comparisons, as bas as they are.

However many months old that build is, it's surprising to me how they don't even bother to make new models. That gun, in terms of detail looks exactly the same. Basicallly I'm just very surprised at how far behind the graphics are, I really wonder if I'll finish the fight in 2007.
