I'm seriously surprised lol I guess I'll give splinter cell a purchase I really didn't expect it to be so good.

Quite a surprise for me to say the least. I started out thinking the world of the game then I didn't care as much then I flat out had no hope for it then bam its incredible =P

Enchant arms is pretty enjoyable I like it :)

Well, I'm surprised too. So I may now give it a rent and maybe even buy it if I can't resist. I'm thinking about either buying more games, or waiting for the MS wheel and buy that instead, I don't know.

8.9 so I guess its pretty official that this game is actually good and the story is a pretty good one.

Uh, gamespot gave it 8.5, that is too low (though 8.6 for chaos theory also).

kind of weird, even doh he gave it a 9, he seems disappointed with the game. And Reiner with his 8, just sounds pissed off for somereason

1up gave it a 8 out of 10, but there seems to be people in the comment section that are 100% convinced the 1up reviewer didn't play through the single player campaign.

Morrowind can be completed in like 14 minutes. 10-15 hours is rather average for action games--and has been for quite some time. I agree though, they should be longer..there's rarely a single player FPS campaign out there that's truely worth $50-60 dollars. There is however real value in Double Agents multiplayer.

You can rush through most action games in under 10 hours.
Yeah, that's kinda what I'm getting at, I mean, I pay 60 euro's for a game that lasts for a couple of days, that might only be worth 10-20 euro's, the rest I'm paying for multiplayer I never, ever use, and that sucks.

And sure you can rent a game, but that means I'm obligated to play the game within a certain time, I can't just pick it up whenever I want, you know, it just doesn't work that way...

Anyway, I'm going way offtopic (as usual), so I'll leave it at that...

Interesting, Kasavin is also prissy for no apparent reason, like they just making up something. Gamers review on gamespot is 9.5.

Yea the tone in their interviews doesn't refelct their scores. I would of thought he gave it like a 7 or something, from just reading the review

What? 8.5 from gamespot is "GREAT"--why is that too low? They have relatively high standards..especially Kasavin. 9+ from gamespot holds a lot more weight imo than most online publications. Kasavin is very critical--which is why many people (including myself) love his reviews. I don't need a reviewer to gush over every product--I want to know what they actually think about the game.

An 8.5 from Kasavin is by no means a bad score.

1up's reviews suck--but an 8 is not a bad score by any means. No good game should ever be rated too high--it makes 9+ meaningless if you give every good game a 9.
