Désolé pour le double post, pas dormi beaucoup mais je m'étais hyper bien couvert et ça va un peu mieux...ce matin c'est sous les couvertures et cet après-midi, pharmacie...pas l'intention de rester dans cet état ! :)

Aujourd'hui je suis insomniaque à l'envers, c'est à dire que je me suis endormi à 23h00 pour me réveiller à 5 heure du matin frais comme un gardon... Du coup c'est pas mal, c'est la seule plage horaire où Youtube ne rame pas chez FREE. \o/

Je sais pas ce qui m'arrive en ce moment, mais je dors hyper mal. Hier soir j'ai mis plus de deux heures à m'endormir, du coup j'ai roupillé que cinq heures, et ça fait plusieurs jours que ça dure... je comprends pas !

Moi c'est tous les soirs comme ça, même quand je suis en manque sévère de sommeil. Je pense, je pense et impossible de dormir. Du coup je me colle de la musique dans les oreilles afin de penser un peu moins, et parfois ça parvient à m'ensuquer assez pour m'endormir. Le plus chiant c'est que peu importe l'heure à laquelle je m'endors, je suis toujours levé avant 8h, même les jours off.

Vu qu'on a toujours pas de machine à laver et que du coup je le fais laver par quelqu'un d'autre, oui, je le plie parce que c'est plus correct et ça prend moins de place dans le sac ^^

Plus d'une semaine que je m'endors pas avant 4h du mat', je dors pas des masses mais la, ça devient limite une habitude, et je ressens aucune fatigue en plus.
