AI hacking is pretty cool, but whatever unit you hack dies almost immediately, before it can do any serious damage, i find anyway. Though in general i tend to favor biotic powers. I can pretty much clear a whole room with Throw, and Singularity is awesome if you in a small room with lots of junk around.

I played it through as a biotic first and as a soldier second. Now I'm playing as tech. I'd have to say that soldier wasn't as fun as biotic and tech, between the later two it's actually a draw.

I'm curious how the skills develop during the game and of course what the additional skill does when you get to level 35. It was a disappointment to see that soldiers don't get additional skills during the game, however I think that would be quite overpowering.

I actually really enjoy playing through the game with soldier, i like that im not limited in the weapons i can use and the variety in armor is alot better. looking at light armor for 20 + hours gets a little boring. im playing through again with a new soldier with a throw bonus talent, enjoying it quite a lot.

Correct. The planet was renamed to Therum, but is essentially the same place. The scene with the bartender took place in Flux which is on teh Citadel. That is still there, but the bartender was changed.

You may still be seeing Caleston in the future, just not how you expected to see it from very old videos.

What is this BS? "adolencent males play videogames"? "We know that violance has an effect on adolencent brains"? Where the fuck did she get these figures from? It's actually the other way around: An institute in London found out that video game violance has LESS impact on human brains than movie violance. Also the avarage gamer is about 25-35 years old, also been found out by video market analysts.

She's just talking off her ass with her spastic movements and face expressions. Then the "experts" commentarys: They're not having a discussion, they already set up their mind and try to make people who have no idea of that topic feel uneasy abot it. TV is a much more powerfull tool for manipulating people than video games, heck there is nothing you can compare it to. They just abuse that power and probably make even extra money with these lies. Kinda boils me out...

The trouble with these things is that too many people spout off about research as if it's fact. It's not.

The real fact is that research is inconclusive as to the effects of video game violence. There's plenty of bullshit surveys either way as much as there are better ones. Media effects on violence etc is a broad subject but more equally it's not a science with exact answers.

The Fox "commentary" was diabolical and the viewing public deserve better than that crap but nobody should be surprised in the current climate of sensationalism.

uhh? i avoided alot of (what seemed like irrelevant) side quests. But thats only because i did the side quests on oblivion and its taken up about 50hours of my life and i still haven't completed it.

the main story definitely could have been stretched out a bit longer. oh well, i enjoyed it and might play though again if i get the chance.

Wow, i just saw it and....wow. They didnt even play the fucking game. And the fact they single out one event in a 20-30 hour game is utter nonsense. All I saw was a bunch of adults complaining that they have to do a better job monitoring their kids. Even if your kid is exposed to that kind of stuff, if you raised them right should it really matter? Another thing, how they continually dismiss Keighley's VALID, RATIONAL arguments was despicable. It was so one sided its fucking ridiculous. I think the fact that it's just 30 seconds in 30 hours is completely irrelevant.

If I were Keighley I would just "hung up" after the first ignorant comments.

First of all a "children" shouldn't be playing this game, who the fuck cares if they see it or not or how it affects them. And then they say perhaps the parents got it and their kids see it, then who's fault is that? So if a parent buys a gun and the kid shoots himself they should blame the gun maker? An adults-only movie? How about the kids I see in the theater watching R Rated movies?

There's so much to say but the bottom line is that this is stupidity at its finest. There are so many important things to worry about and fox brings this up? Come on? Chances are kids saw something even worse during the commercials after these "news".

Well I just hope the world does not have lots of these ignorant people and that I can avoid them if possible.
