Max Payne is ruthless?! With all the fire power this boy is packing, I never expected him to be anything otherwise. Then again, he could be part of the cast of the 80's A-Team where he sprays five billion rounds and no one gets killed.

This the first batch of dark screens including rain ?
My guess is that at the very beginning of the game Max finally found inner peace somewhere in an idyllic place in Brazil...bla bla... sunshine all day long. Then something tragic happens and with that the monsoon season sets in and the game gets progressivly darker and darker (and more rainy). Uhm, Heavy Rain anyone ? After all the negative feedback, this can turn out to be still working, don't give up on the original Max Payne atmosphere yet !

PS: i think the details on Max look awesome !

Ha yeah The A Team, man that was one ridiculous show! Max Payne a la A Team ridiculousness would be Awesome! actually Max Payne pretty much is that already less building bombs out of gardening equipment!

lolwut? I don't think this sets any graphical evolution or whatnot, but saying it's puke worthy is WAY too much. And I'm not even a fan of Max Payne.

Jesus, half the people on this site just don't f**king appreciate anything, this game looks awesome, and i simply cannot wait to play it. If you don't like what you see, why even comment? The developers couldnt care less about the 5% of the people who dont like/want this game. I have full faith in Rockstar with this one.

The normals purpose on any model is to make it look more rounded and detailed than the mesh actually is. Those are doing a fine job, I'd say. As for the engine: only the best sandbox engine out there, and possibly the best engine overall this gen.

I'm sure max payne will be like all other games (previous MP games included), tons of killing while playing (justified or not) with absolutely no mention of such 'crimes' within the story arch itself. But what's the alternative? That drake, or max or any other character in a game ruled by killing, cry in a corner for half an hour because they murdered 100 people in the previous chapter. Lol, no thanks.
