I tried to watch Percy jackson and the Olimpieans or some shit like that but my 360 dont play region 4 dvds damn it,and I was lazy to plug the DVD player oh well I guess if I feel like it will plug it.

Any good about that movie?

I was ready to see it at that part,though I must say that it made me feel uneasy for a few minutes.

It was a nice movie its just that I got mad because of that issue :
I think it was a choice based on the fact the movie is supposed to be based on real actual events. If they showed the aliens without anyone ever clearly seeing aliens they weren't going to show them. It's supposed to be implied with what they give you. That's supposed to be the creepy part about it, the realism, but they obviously failed. I haven't seen it but I probably never will.

I officially hate 20th Century Fox.
They forced "Taken" to be cut for the USA so it could get a PG-13 rating.

Awesome movie, despite numerous plot holes all over the place, but it looks like if I want to see the "official" version I'll have to buy it.
Supposedly the rental version, as well as the original theatrical version, are not the extended cut, which is really just the movie fully intact.

bullshit. The USA!? Are you kidding me!?
We love our violence, and it's pretty misleading when they actually show a snippet of the deleted scenes in the ads for the movie.

I mean, that is just bullshit.

PG-13 has been the most popular movie rating for a while now. Tons of movies get watered down for PG-13 ratings. It makes more money I guess.

I think it's mainly bad. I mean...the idea is fucking stupid and it doesn't seem especially convincing :P

Watched Prince of Persia today. it was better than i had expected. Not a masterpiece in any way but i wasn't bored and i think it did a decent job of adapting the story for a game-movie (well, at least they did a bit better than what we usually get even if it didn't really follow the game script much).

Anywho, I finally got round to watching Sympathy for Mr. Vengeance and Oldboy. Really good movies; looking forward to checking out Sympathy for Lady Vengeance next.

Also at the recommendation of Uruk, I'll be checking out Master and Commander some time soon too.
