Combat was the best part from the game...with some music tracks.
The rest was a distaster.

Atleast Hayashi repaired it and added a bit to it.

I do believe Hayashi can make a good NG, compared to NG2, I think he can deliver!

I really hope, hell I hope the combat engine they create is better and more tight than Itagaki's one, but somehow you have to consider that the real responsible for that engine is in Valhalla with Itagaki, basically he left and he took all talent with him lol.

After so many years the same team worked together, Team Ninja has all the experience to be able to make their own, and the assets.

If anything, with Itagaki gone, we might have somewhat decent story, more background to the characters, maybe better and more risky approach to the franchise to make it different.
Who knows, I dont dare to say much, but I hope its a good game overal and nothing like NG2 thats all I have to say.

Itagaki left with some of the best, but the music composers stayed with Team Ninja LOL which are one of the best composers I know, thank god they stayed.
If game isnt good I know music will always deliver!

thank god that bastard itakagi is gone. just look at NG2, its a desaster. NGS2 is way better. Hayashi did a good job. and not many people left wth that bastard just 20 of 80. and there is no need to change the combat system that much because NG2 have the beste there is. better then GOW BAYONETTA & DMC together because it have no delay and it is no button masher like BAYONETTA. NG3 will be the best action game this generation.

I really hope you are right on that, because if not you might aswell be in suicide watch when that happens.

NG2 Combat engine might be the best offensive combat engine out there but to say is better than DMC/Bayonetta engines together is a little silly IMO, Bayonetta combat system has evolved what we used to see in action games.

For example it would be weird to not be able to Dodge Offset in NG3 if its not a technique like that in the game and it will feel dated.

They need to put something more advanced in this game in order to be on top, I don't want a little better NG2 combat, I want something more tight and more advanced with some inovation going on, and Im afraid that that inovation will be the fucking MOVE stuff they are planning.

I just can't have that much faith in Hayashi, no matter how badass the game seems to be.

yeah sorry i know im silly sayin that but since ive played NGS2 im a big fanboy because the gameplay is so smooth. i think at E3 we will see what awaits us. and i really hope they dont do any MOVE stuff or atleast they should make it optinal. i trust hayashi like i said i think he did a great job with SIGMA 2.

Well, I´m on raiptoir´s side. I really have no hope for NG3. All the things that Hayashi said about NG2 and Bayonetta is pretty much arrogant. He really has to deliver a looooot to justify such statements. Otherwise he´ll look like a fucking jerk. I´m going to keep my expectations low to be not too disappointed with my favorite gaimg franchise of all time. I´m actually willing to turn a blind eye on Hayashi in terms of his arrogant statements, if he´s able to deliver an absolute pefectly balanced combat system like in NG/NGB. But to be honest, I don´t think he´s able to pull off such a thing. Though, for sure, I wish him luck since he´s responsible for NG´s friggin future!!!

I hope you dont mean you want the combat to be like NG Black?
If so, then hell no!

He should make it much more badass and faster than Ninja Gaiden 2, NG2 combat was perfect but he should evolve from that combat.

But NG2 wasent all that either outside of combat, so as longas Hayashi delivers a good NG title and not a bullshit mess as NG2 (Sigma 2 being VERY slightly better) its all good.

But as a fanboy of the franchise, I will be buying it regardless how it turns out, thats how much of a weak man I am for the franchise.
