You can record games and post them on YouTube and even make money from it via ad revenue. Or you can stream it via twitch. That's how most people like pewdiepie/drdistrespect make their money.

YouTube lets you monetise videos you upload and twitch is done via viewer donations usually. Some also have patreon accounts to accept further payments. But ultimately you need the following to sustain that. You're not going to make much money if you've only got 20 subs.

Is there a reason why can i still record ps4 games using share button without internet?

Because the PS4 constantly records all actions in the background, regardless of internet connection.

I have tonnes of footage on my PS4 I have never shared. And have no intention of sharing.

I also have a tonne of footage I need to edit down to post on my Facebook and YouTube.

Record what you like and post it wherever you like... Or not at all. It makes no difference.

As I said. Record what you want and share it or don't share it. It makes no difference.

Why do you need 50+ back ups of the same file? No. It's not normal.

lets recap on what you've learned so far...

recording a game for personal use is legal!

and storing the footage on your PC is legal!

so why would you think having multiple copies of the same legal file on your PC would suddenly become illegal?

it's stupid and pointless as well as a huge waste of space...but still legal.

In my country there are million+ people but do you now is it necessary to ask permission to record devs videogames? if ever they all want to record there games?

if you plan to post the footage on youtube or something and monetize it, then some devs require you to ask permission before hand. most of them are fine with it.

but we've already determined you don't want to share your footage. and since it's for personal use only you don't need to ask permission.

not really sure what relevance your countries population is though.

There will be no problem with you recording your game and uplouploading on YouTube or Facebook. The only issue you might encounter is the copyright of game music.

If the game's soundtrack is from another artist/recording company, they only give the license to use the music on the game. If streamers happen to include a soundtrack licensed under the game, then they may receive a notice of copyright violation.

This is also what I noticed from YouTubers having to mute copyright music every time they're on stream as the algorithm picks it up very fast and shuts down their stream, or either their monetization is affected. 😅
