Wow the bike gameplay really does look horrible.... game doesn't seem like it was made to have bikes in it.
I must be missing this horrible everyone keeps talking about.

The game looks amazing no doubt about that, but the bike gameplay I think doesn't look good so far judging from the vid I saw. It definitely needs to be worked on it just looks really awkward. I'm not talking from the trailer as everything in that looks amazing I'm talking about the gameplay vid.

IMO bike riding in PGR4 seems better than in, for example, Tourist Trophy, easily. However when bikes don't behave naturally it usually looks off (somehow MotoGP series nailed it though), while unrealistic car behaviour is often very cool. For me bikes in PGR4 don't feel quite right yet even though it's better than in most games.

But it hard to judge without putting my hands on the game.

Microsoft seem to be shouting from the rooftops that Project Gotham Racing 4 is going to hit store shelves in September of this year, however Bizarre Creations have stated they don’t plan on letting this one be as rushed as some of their other attempts. They also promise that thanks to new abilities in the game, every race ever played can be saved and uploaded to servers. That’s anyone connected to Live, as many times as the player desires.

I hope this is true... my budget is blown as it is this Fall/Winter. Hopefully gets pushed to December. PGR4 and Halo3 the same month... Grrrr.

The bikes really do make the game look almost low budget, its awful, they need to either make some MAJOR changes or get rid of them

the bikes are my fav part. i wish they handled more realisticly tho. like the crashes are pretty strange looking.
