Driftwood @reneyvane: on aurait bien voulu mais on a jamais eu de réponse à notre demande de code malgré le formulaire rempli. Même pas un "non désolé", ce qui est toujours très pro comme façon de faire. (il y a 1 Jour)

Rainbow Six: Vegas returns to form as an excellent tactical shooter, but is much more accessible for the average shooter fan with streamlined controls and a simple health system. The sprawling levels like the glowing Fremont Street or the Hoover Dam open up Rainbow like it's never been before, and the result is a balanced shooter that is as much close-quarter combat as long-range head shots. The new gameplay mechanics, notably the intuitive cover system and inverted rappelling, are simply outstanding. While the visuals are solid, the textures and colors are muted and appear washed out. The sound, on the other hand, fuses a pulsing anti-terrorist soundtrack with gritty dialogue -- "I will f***ing shoot you!" -- and even some humor -- "Hey man, you play videogames?" The multiplayer options feature huge, well-designed maps, a variety of modes and four-player co-op. In total, Rainbow Six: Vegas is the best first-person shooter on the Xbox 360. Viva Las Vegas indeed.
I guess this is going to be the 2nd game this year that I pick up on day of release. Honestly, after playing the demo, it's been kind of a nobrainer

Great to see good reviews showing up... :)
...If you can't dazzle them with brilliance, baffle them with stupidity...
Oh god no. If they want cover they should come play Gears of War..they should leave FPS in first person, please.

ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
Cover is great for some games, not great for others. From what I have seen of R6V, it simply works - and no, it does not make the game seem too much like GRAW. I just finally bought GRAW a few weeks ago and had been playing it religiously when the R6V demo first appeared on the Marketplace servers. Saying the two games play alike is to do a complete injustice to them both. R6V is truly it's own animal and if the demo is any indication of the final game, R6V is set to be one of the best games released on any system this year. I'll certainly be picking it up next week.
I'm probably a minority of some sort, but I found GRAW to be awesome in every way except when you were actually trying to play it. Stupid squadmates made it impossible to play it the way it was obviously intended, and at every turn there was just a struggle to finish the level to see if the next one was more fun, as opposed to being excited at all.
To me, RSV certainly does blur the line between the two franchises, but it gets one critical thing right - it's a blast to play, and that generally makes me forgive a lot of things.

If you want the ability to take better cover, ask for the ability to lean and go prone.
Cover would kill my interest in Halo...like it did for R6. Want to play the campaign still--but If I wanted to go camping I'd hit the woods up with a tent and a fire to keep warm, not xbox live.

Graphics: 9.5; Everything looks great, although there are a few framerate issues here and there.

Drool.... it would be interesting to compare Online features with Graw. GRAW had some features and modes that sounded like a ton of fun.

Thing I didn't like in the MP demo;
1) When observing, the framerate is ~15fps, which after playing Gears, I think is unacceptable. And the 3rd person only camera makes no sense either.
2) Is there a way to raise the sensitivity for aiming? It feels like crawling!
3) Speed overall is a bit lacking, these guys should move much faster.
I think that's the most problematic stuff, but I can definitely live with that.
