Adding towns to the game wouldn't add much at all, most of the towns in FF12 were only there to convey the storyline with a few shops thrown in for good measure, I duno what the big deal is.

Oh! That one beat me once but managed to kick it its a** second time around!

Stagger is your friend here (ur friend in every battle actually which kills startegy a bit) Also keep him in the air!!! Have A commando kick him in the air when in stagger and switch to 3 ravagers and annhilate him with magic.

Play with your atb guages stopping ur controlled character at the right time to ensure he remains in the air with continuous attacks. U definatly need two medics in one of ur paradigms preferraby someon u can control too.

The trick is to stagger him when he is on the ground phase (that way u an send him to the air with a commando)

It' quite a toughy, good luck!

a few more impressions on FFXIII (360 version, I'm an achievement-whore):

.) almost at the end of disc two, story is picking up, not bad, not excellent - quite average, honestly
.) almost everything else is optimized to the max: it's the perfect JRPG frame - if you exlude the corridors and lame story and add towns (very important for any RPG's atmosphere). AND, getting a new weapon that is worse than the old one before you level it up? Again and again? Seriously, Squenix?
.) I take back everything I said about the quality of the videos. After the frist two or three vids the compression gets much worse with each and every one that follows, it's a real shame! At the end of disc 2 it ends up with compression all over the place! WTF were Squenix thinking??!? And don't give me that compression Blu-Ray crap. With a fourth DVD everything would have been fine. All other 360 games have had vids too, you know, that don't look near as bad as those in FFXIII. Double shame because the vids are really great.

On a side not, FF-Team should consider including breast physics. It just seems so odd that nothing bounces while them chix are jumpin' around like crazy frogs ;))

Vanille reminds me of Lena Gercke and the Crystalization-screen picture of Fang is absolutely reminiscent of Scarlett Johannson

I listened to all leaked tracks yesterday. They were all over YouTube but now removed. BEST Uematsu's score, up there with Lost Odyssey, my favorite.

Still haven't finished FFXIII, almost 60 hours in and just want it to be over ... phun is spelled different. I'm at chapter 13 and my motivation is very low ... but I must finish it, though I think about LO all the time (am at the end of that as well) and will play that afterwards again and finally finish it as well I hope ...

FFXIII is not a bad RPG, but not the milestone everyone expected.

    Driftwood @Blackninja: je doute qu'ils osent modifier ce genre de choses, car le jeu original n'était pas construit sur de telles mécaniques. Avec un remake, tu dois penser aussi aux fans de la première heure. (il y a 7 Heures)
