Slow going to start with, it isn't an all-out run 'n' gun game like Mercenaries. I think the learning curve is definitely going to put people off. Graphically I like it, it isn't realistic in the slightest but it has a great comic-book style much like Mercenaries did.

Ok, cheers:)

I'm at 70% now, and am at it for aprox 35min.
Not so bad considering some demo's took me 4-5 hours to download:/

I deffinatly enjoyed mercenaries allot, but I don't really dig the enviroments of the outfit(as far as I've seen), to much open space, not much buildings or whatever....

Okay well i d/l it a few hours ago.

It's an OK game but nothing special. To emprove the gaming experience i would suggest ordering tanks and cars and plenty of airstrikes. Also communicate with your partner, it helps, trust me.

My first impressions aren't to good.
I can't really say I don't like this game at this point yet, but it seems this will be a rental for me at first....

Same here..it's fun, but I'm not sure how long that will last..especially with the kind of high profile releases that are comming out this month. I'm gonna spend some more time with it later..have a BF2 match to prepare for in the meantime..but after that's over I'm hoping back on the 360 to fool around a bit more with this one and Full Auto (just rented it)

Full auto seems like fun, but it's not worth the 60 euro's imo, and it's a bit of a bad timing with GRAW, FNR3 and Oblivion this month...
I'll deffinatly pick it up at some point, when the price goes down...

ok, outfit game was boring. Nothing i will buy 'cause i would only play it an hour tops..
Still waiting for the GRAW demo though. Any other demo that should be comin' out soon?

It was quite entertaining, but that's probably cuse it didn't cost me anything. Gameplay is not solid at all and the controls, aren't very good, but if you give it some time it get's a bit better.
I did very well online, and my strategy is to get an anti-tank gun up quite clsoe to your base so that it can pin down the others and keep their men away from their 30.cals, after that you should start putting up machinegun turrets yourself. A good strategy is to have someone to only take care of deploying cannons and tanks + ordering airstrikes, and let the others do the killing.

Right now GRAW and Oblivion has got waaay higher priority for me.

Man where is that GRAW demo? Really not even considering picking up that game before i played the demo. I need to know if i like the controls, cause some shooter play fine with controller(Halo, Call of Duty 2) and some i hate(PDZ).

Exactly how I feel.
Personally I quite like the game but the iffy controls do put it down a peg. But if you stick at it there really is a good game underneath.

The graphics, quirky characters and the openness of the game are what stand out the most for me.

I didnt have fun with the game, I never felt in complete control of my character, and the demo is from last year, as it says so in the intro screen (2005)

graphics are terrible, true. aiming isnt very accurate, not true. try standing still and zoom, you can hit a tank in 300 meters without any problem. driving the little tractors seems impossible, its like driving the scorpion in halo, no problems with controlls here. anyway im a bit dissapionted about the lag in 4 vs 4 player matches but gameplaywhise the game is fun, i just love placing 4 anti tank cannons and 6 machineguns to defend my base :) .

Bazookas and Panzerschrecks or Panzerfausts fire in an arc. Most WW2 games that have these rocket weapons do the same thing. NIce try though.

GRAW was already on sale here today and the demo still isn't out, Ubi really let us down with this one. "a week before lauch'' yeah right before the launch of what, Duke Nukem Wenever? O well now i'll just have to buy the full game and if i don't like it i will have to exchange it for FNR3.
