But actually if you care about no compression, your best bet would probably be something like just cloud file hosts, like Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive, mega.nz, or some other cloud hosting.
The only caveat probably would be that it might not have an available web player for some uncompressed video codecs, and you would still end up having to download the video file instead of streaming it. 😁
