Well what did you expect from the demo? Tons of story related elements? The only thing you get to do is combat. Its next to impossible to appreciate a game like Blue Dragon from such a demo. What about all that story related stuff you missed out on? They just tossed the player in some areas and said hey go fight. I'm not surprised people weren't impressed.

I know the demo is a bad way to present blue dragon, but I enjoyed it because I took it for what it was. A chance to play around with the combat and I enjoyed it, but I want that reward that comes with playing the combat and thats progression :) A 1 hour demo can't give me that.

I guess that would be OK if the combat was any good. The attacks are lame and the whole shadow thing is a useless gimmick. I'm fine with turn based combat when it's good (FF, KOTOR, Chrono), but this isn't good.

But I know Alimo and Op will TRY to convert everyone, but hopefully it won't work on you :P

but I like Blue Dragons art direction but because its turn-based, it aint gonna happen.
