First 10 minutes Vita

As promised, we've found a bit of time to capture a bunch of games we couldn't cover last month, Assassin's Creed III: Liberation being one of them. Ubisoft's handheld version of their famous franchise is pretty faithful to its roots, but it also comes with a few flaws, like the poor audio quality of the voices, the bugs you can encounter and the framerate issues. All in all, it is still an entertaining title, especially if you are longing for games to play on your Vita. If you're interested, hurry and check out our videos before the end of times tomorrow!

Since we won't be able to give you off-screen videos of Assassin's Creed III: Liberation before next week, we thought you might be happy to see a bunch of homemade images of the game. Considering it's a handheld title set in an open environment, this episode looks quite good. Sure, there are a few framerate and aliasing issues, some occasional problems with the shadows or other visual elements too, but it is also the first Assassin's Creed game to feel like one on a handheld. Our only grip with it for now is with the sound quality of the voices, which sound pretty bad. Don't get us wrong, we don't mean the actors aren't good, it's the audio quality we feel is weak. It almost sounds like the first Broken Sword title if you catch our meaning.

When we told you that September was going to be pretty busy for us, we weren't even close. With the flood of titles released this month, it was hard not to find something you liked, so chances are that sportsmen and lovers of beautiful curves - double meaning - alike all found the perfect match - again, double meaning. Our coverage of TGS probably managed to reassure the Playstation Vita owners among you, if our great videos from LittleBigPlanet Vita were not enough. In short, if you missed anything in the last 30 days, there's plenty to do while waiting for everything October has to offer.

Here are three new screenshots of Assassin's Creed III: Liberation to remind us that Connor won't be the only assassin on October 30th.

Video Vita

Assassin's Creed III: Liberation was playable on the show floor at TGS on the Sony booth the only problem being the Vita's where against a wall making it almost impossible to record any footage. To record this footage I had to hold the camera over a wall completely unsighted as to what I was filming. So, I'm pretty happy with what I managed to capture. Enjoy
