The creators of the famous franchise Borderlands are back with Battleborn, a FPS mixed with specific elements coming from the MOBA genre. With a levelling system and 25 different characters, each with a distinctive gameplay style, there should be enough incentive for people to keep playing. If competition is not your cup of tea, the cooperative modes should meet your expectations, although it's hard for us to give you our opinion considering the little time we have had to play. Here's a new story trailer of Battleborn along the details of the open beta. It will start on April 8th on PS4, April 13th on PC/X1 and ends on April 18th. Players will be able to experience two Story Mode episodes, two Multiplayer Modes, 25 heroes (some unlocked through progress). 2K and Gearbox Software introduce the multiplayer mode Incursion of Battleborn over this 12 minute-long gameplay video commented by Community Manager DB Sinclair. The game is set to release on May 3rd.

Premiered at the PSX, the two latest trailers of Battleborn showcase new gameplay footage and reveal Toby The Destroyer, the 16th hero out of 25. A beta is coming in 2016 before the game's release on March 3rd. PS4 players who participate in the open beta will be able to try Toby and will also get for free the 26th DLC character after the launch of the title.

Gearbox has unveiled the multiplayer of Battleborn through a new trailer and a handful of screenshots. The competitive online part of the game offers three modes: Capture, Incursion and Meltdown. The title will be out on February 9th.
