As the final exclusive in Sony’s 2014 PS4 line-up, LittleBigPlanet 3 is a bit of an outsider. After all, the series has never really managed to hit it big with with the PlayStation audience at large. Yet with its beautiful artistically original universe we can’t help but feel a bit of disappointment that it never managed to join the likes of Naughty Dogs and Sony Santa Monica’s worlds. Despite that, there’s no denying its irresistible charm, unique universe, unforgettable music, and impressive level creation suite. Left in the hands of Sumo Digital (Virtua Tennis, Sonic and All-Stars Racing and even Forza Horizon 2 on Xbox 360), this third episode hits both the PS3 and PS4 at the same time but does it have enough to convince those still reluctant to jump in? When LittleBigPlanet 3 arrived by the post yesterday, it was a total surprise for us, even more when we read the NDA note saying that the embargo was to be lifted that very same day. Quite logically, we haven't had time to play the game to tell you what we think of it, but don't worry, we plan to give you something to make up for it. Sony yesterday did show LittleBigPlanet 3 for the first time. The biggest news is that there are now 4 very different playable characters, each with their own characteristics. Images inside.
