With the recent delay of Skull and Bones, which won't come out before March 2023, Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope is the only big Ubisoft game to come out this year and only Switch owners will be able to enjoy it. Not having one of Ubisoft's AAA for the end of the year feels a bit strange, and it's clearly a first, but we're confident that this sequel to Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle is going to be awesome.
Ubisoft just released a new video of Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope during today's Ubi Forward event. They've also made a few new screenshots available. The game will ship on Nintendo Switch exclusively on October 20 and we can't wait to get our hands on it.
Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope has just gotten a release date during the latest Nintendo Direct Mini focusing on third party titles. New screenshots have also been revealed, but the trailer is only available in its YouTube version for now.
Today at Ubisoft Forward, Ubisoft announced that Mario, Rabbid Peach and their friends are back in a cosmic adventure in Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope. Players will embark on an epic journey to restore order as Cursa, a mysterious and malevolent entity, twists the planets with its evil influence. Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope will be available worldwide for Nintendo SwitchTM in 2022.
