Electronic Arts has just unveiled MicroBot, a downloadable shoot'em'up planned for a Winter 2011 release on PSN and XBL. In a near future where medical nanotechnologies have become a reality, you control MicroBot, a microscopic ship prototype. Your mission is to eradicate the nanomachines which have infected the organism of a guinea-pig, during an experience which turned out badly. This should remind some of you of Microcosm or Innerspace... Here are the teaser, some images and the press release.
