You know what, for once, I have had a bit of time, so I figured I should get ready for the upcoming release of Nioh 2. Back when the first game came out, I barely had time to play the first few levels, up until I met Hino-enma, who gave me such a hard time for daring to face her. In retrospect, I now realize, she was just a mere appetizer and required no particular skills to beat. I have about 2 levels and a half to go before I reach the end of the main game (DLCs will have to wait), so I wanted to remind you all that in less than 2 weeks, we're going to have to learn patience and abnegation all over again. Here are 2 videos recorded on PC, nothing extraordinary, just me trying to pretend I am not scared of demanding titles. If you happen to have bought the game recently on PS4 (it was on deep sales something like a week ago or so), chin up!

Team Ninja will release tomorrow on PS4 Bloodshed's End, the third and last DLC for Nioh. It contains new missions, characters, Yokai, Guardian Spirit and a new difficulty mode. Trailer and screens inside.

With Davton sick with the flu, someone had to step up to show you Nioh. Since everybody else chickened out, I had no other choice but to accept such a great responsibility. The English livestream was rather short, so we couldn't show you as much as we would have wanted to, but if you don't mind watching the French one (mute us if you can't stand French), you'll see a lot more interesting things, including a longer fight against the boss of the second mission.

When it comes to getting the job done on Gamersyde, things never go according to plan. See Nioh for example, Davton was supposed to take care of the review, so we'd have a verdict and some nice gameplay footage to share, but it took him 3 days to download the game, despite his good Internet connection. Then, when he finally could start playing, he caught the flue, forcing me to take his place, while my sole experience with the genre was the excellent - but probably a bit more forgiving - Dark Souls III. That explains why we don't have much to show you this morning, and we won't be able to answer most of your questions tonight, during our dedicated livestream at 9:15 CET. Hopefully, you'll forgive us, as we really did all we could in the little time we had.

much awaited by challenging action-RPG fans, Nioh debuted a new trailer at the PSX event, jump inside to get it in good quality.

Nioh is of course playable at the TGS, with a nice long demo, but since DjMizuhara has issues uploading big file we only managed to get the second part of his video, which is the end boss fight. So enjoy it, while we try to get the rest!

Released earlier for the Tokyo Game Show by Koei Tecmo, here is the new trailer of Nioh in good quality thanks to Sony Japan plus screenshots in plenty. The game will release in February 2017.

Koei Tecmo has dropped these new screenshots of Nioh and announced that the second demo will be playable on PlayStation 4 from August 23 until September 6.
