As you may or may not know, Ubisoft has made the first four hours of Riders Republic free for all so everyone can try the game before its official launch and decide to jump in (or not). We have used this time to discover the game on Xbox Series X and brought you back some gameplay clips of the few sports we have been able to try. Enjoy!
When Riders Republic was revealed, it got us intrigued despite the kind of atmosphere it was going for, but after trying the beta on PC, we don't think the game is shaping very well. Controls on bikes are quite awful... When you're riding full speed downhill, it's very permissive and messy at the same time, but the minute you need to be precise, it's just a nightmare. We recorded a few races on PC but didn't feel like playing more of the game in it's current state. Hopefully, the final version will prove us wrong...
