RUINER will be available sometime today, but we have a few videos to offer you right now. We thought we would be able to tell you a bit more about the game, but Davton couldn't make himself available to review it and I had to step in, even though I am clearly not as used to the genre as he is. As a result, all I can say is that the visuals are pretty good and that even the normal mode is challenging enough for players like me. Note that the developers told us the game was designed with hard mode in mind.

Reikon Games and Devolver give us a look at some of the bosses from their cyberpunk shooter RUINER with this new trailer. The game will be out in four days, September 26.

RUINER will be released in a month but we were able to play an almost final version during Gamescom. The following footage was recorded on PS4 in easy mode because our grumpy "hostess" advised us not to pick a harder level. The problem is that it made the game too easy for us. Thank the journalists that played the game before us and kept dying.

Cyberpunk shooter RUINER from Reikon Games has received a release date for PC and consoles: September 26. The top-down action game takes place in 2091 in the metropolis Rengkok and deals with the main character going out on a quest to retrieve his kidnapped brother with the help of a hacker, supernatural reflexes, augmented tools and a heavy arsenal.

Devolver Digital reveals RUINER, a cyberpunk anime-inspired action shooter from Polish developer Reikon Games. The story takes place in 2091 in the city of Rengkok. The game will release later this year on PC, Mac and Linux. More details, trailer and screens after the jump.
