Covid-19 almost managed to take out the force as Star Wars: Episode I Racer got delayed a few weeks on Switch and PS4. Thankfully, the port finally landed on both console a few weeks ago and we found a bit of time to capture some gameplay footage on Nintendo's console. Being a port, don't expect any visual improvements, but it doesn't seem to bother Mini-Driftwood (my son) who's been having a lot of fun with it. Gameplay is definitely strong with this one so even older gamers like myself can enjoy it even if they never tried the original back in the days.

Back by popular demand, Star Wars: Episode I Racer is given the 1080p treatment this time along with enhanced visuals after changing a few things in the video ini file. We're not sure everyone will be able to see the difference as people have gotten so spoiled by today's impressive graphics engines, but well. Moreover, not only do our captures benefit from the boost in resolution, we have also tried to make a good use of the in-game turbo to pay a better tribute to this all time classic. Enjoy!
