After the what-the-fuck direction taken by Fusion, RedLynx's series is back with Trials Rising. Set in more realistic environments but just as crazy as before in terms of the stunts you must pull up, this new episode seems to propose a similar handling to Fusion. Our good friend MorphBZH stopped by the other day and he's known for his driving skills so it made sense to ask him to play as we recorded some gameplay footage on Xbox One X. Sadly, we only had time for the easy tracks, but the silver lining is that you shouldn't be as discouraged as all those people who've added him as friend on Xbox Live for the past 12 years or so. As for the Switch videos, well, we are entirely to blame.
Trials Rising wil also benefit from Ubisoft's long-term support the publisher applied to all its games. Players can expect free events, seasons and their share of new updates as well as an Expansion Pass that will take players on the Route 66 and to the Southern Hemisphere across more than 55 new tracks. The full details inside. The game will launch February 26.
If only MorphBZH had been in Cologne with us, you wouldn't have to witness our poor skills, which were made even worse by the fact that we had just played Ride 3 before trying Trials Rising. Well, maybe you'll have a good laugh at least...
