GSY Video PS5 Xbox Series X PC

The Alters will be available tomorrow on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S, and it's been a couple of weeks since we received our review code. After seriously embarking on the adventure and failing miserably to save Jan Dowski and his clones from certain death, we had to reluctantly put the game aside, due to another game by a certain Hideo Kojima, which we also had to deal with over the same period. Given the relatively demanding nature of the game developed by 11 bit Studios and the organisation required to see it through to the end, it was indeed difficult to meet the deadlines for both titles. Nevertheless, as we really enjoyed our time spent on this unknown planet at the verge of destruction, we've prepared a thirteen-minute presentation video looking back on our experience with the game, as well as a spoiler-free gameplay video revealing a few extracts from the beginning of the adventure (set after the demo content). Note that the presentation video is presented in French only but automated English subtitles are available for those of you who do not understand our barbaric language.

In a week and a half, we'll finally be able to unveil our verdict on Death Stranding 2: On the Beach, but in the meantime Sony and Kojima Productions invite you to enjoy a new video of this eagerly-awaited second installment in the series. As usual with promotional videos, we're clearly seeing a bit too much, including sequences that we clearly won't be showing you in our video review, and which we'll only mention vaguely enough not to risk spoiling the surprise. So we'll leave you to watch today's video at your own risk, even though it contains no story-related spoilers.

We know, we're not quite on time to propose a recap on the Future Game Show, which took place a few days ago as part of Summer Game Fest, but as we've been very busy preparing in-house content due to arrive in the coming days and weeks, we ran out of time to do so earlier. Don't expect the full list of trailers here though, all we have is a selection of the games we found most interesting. If you think we've forgotten one or two, don't hesitate to share the links in the comments.

In a flood of particles and lighting effects, Crimson Desert returns with a brand new video, available as a high-quality download on Gamersyde only. We're still waiting to see what Pearl Abyss' game will look like on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S, but on a powerful PC, it certainly looks the part. It remains to be seen whether it will be interesting and fun to play though, but we should find out soon as the game is planned to release later this year.
Note:(/b] Our stream has been down for a few days now but davton and I can't do anything about it. Be patient.

We're a little behind on our coverage of Mafia: The Old Country, which has seen the release of a good number of videos in recent weeks. As 2K has just shared a new one, we're taking the opportunity to add the ones we had left out, so we're finally up to date. the game will be available on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S on August 8 2025.

Dying Light: The Beast will be available on August 22 for PC, PlayStation 5 and X box Series X|S, so it's no surprise to see that Techland has released an extended gameplay video featuring a mission at the very start of the adventure. It features all the ingredients we've come to expect from the series, and we can't wait to dive back into the horror of a world overrun by the living dead.

As every year, the Xbox “conference” focused on games, and logically enough, there were plenty of them, even if many will obviously also be available on PlayStation 5. It was still a solid show overall, even if we would have loved to get some news about the next Fable or Perfect Dark. It was also strange to give Black Ops 7 the usual “One More Thing” treatment, when it would previously have opened the conference, since the release of a new Call of Duty every year is something of a given after all. We're nitpicking, though, as our summary of the announcements should put smiles on your faces.
[Note:
If the Gears of War: Reloaded video comes from PlayStation's YouTube channel, it's because the version available on the Xbox channel wasn't displayed correctly on Gamersyde for some reason.

After the Yakuza and Judgment series, Ryû Go Gotoku Studio has finally given a title to its new IP, which will be called Stranger than Heaven. The adventure will take place in two distinct periods, 1915 and 1943, and we can't wait to find out more. As SEGA has provided us with a downloadable version of last night's 4K trailer, we're delighted to share it with you!

Not only did Capcom confirm the 2026 release of Pragmata at Sony's Sate of Play a couple of days ago, they also announced Resident Evil Requiem tonight, but they didn't stop there. Indeed, we were also offered a brand new trailer for the eagerly-awaited Onimusha: Way of the Sword. The downloadable 4K version being available on the website, you know what to do.

To close the two-hour Summer Game Fest opening conference, Geoff Keighley brought out the heavy artillery with Resident Evil Requiem, the ninth episode in Capcom's great saga. It's not all though, as we were even given the release date, February 27, 2026. Next year is going to be pretty busy for the Japanese publisher with Pragmata and Onimusha: Way of the Sword also planned for release.
