D3 released five sweet screenshots of Earth Defense Forces X, last instalment of an excellent PS2 action series. The game is available in Japan since last week, and the impressions from the people who imported it are very good. Hopefully, with the US version planned to hit the shelves in march 07, we can hope an Euro release date to be announced quickly.

Commented on 2006-12-18 05:34:44The graphics are actually quite decent, and while the controls seem a little quirky at first, it doesn't take long for the average gamer to get into the swing of the things. The coolest part about this game is the size of everything. Some of the aliens you fight up close are 10 to 20 times larger than you - - - the audio isn't anything to scream about, most of it is just loads of Japanese through radios - people shouting, screaming, dying - everything you'd expect from an alien invasion really.
