Sega released these 6 new 720p images of Full Auto. The graphics are not incredible, but the physics and gameplay seem very good. A demo (hopefully a new one) will be available for download on January 25. Update: New 720p trailer added.
haha, when i think back to the time before E3 05 and how i imagined next gen-graphics to be... i thought about final fantasy CG or shrek/pixar-graphics... i was even complaining because i could see some polygon-edges in the infamous killzone-trailer! :) time goes by and i'm a little bit more back to earth. now i think that this looks amazing. it's funny how expectations can ruin your sense for reality.
i think this will look pretty good especially when seen in motion and with the destructible environment and all that stuff.
Yeah, you can thank Sony and bad journalism from the major online sites for that! I hope now everyone's expectations are somewhere in the realm of reality. However, still plenty of people expecting killzone to look the same as the video.

I don't think the visuals are immpossible on the next gen systems but the gameplay, AI, and animation shown in killzone is. When companies can fully push the power of the 360, games like Fullauto will look how Burnout1 looks to Forza.
BUT the most amazing thing about full auto is that EVERYTHING is destructable... you can drive infront of a building and shoot some rockets into it and it realy explodes and falls apart... amazing I tell you...
the demo has 60fps but slows down a lot to under 30fps... very sad and no good promotion for the game. there are two behind views, one bumper cam and another one on the engine hood (most impressive) two cars and one boring track are available.
gameplay is not up to burnout yet. drifting is very bad, aiming impossible for me.

Forza won't have fully destructable cities, weapon fire and traffic eating up CPU time though. These things all effect how a game will look.
Full Auto isn't a 'true' racing game and comparing it to one is silly. Sure Full Auto doesn't look as good as PGR3 for example but all you have to do is slam into a wall at 150mph in PGR3 and then you'll realize how Full Auto will be a lot more fun.
Saying this game doesn't look 'next gen' is really naive. This game will probably be the first title released to actually be written from the ground up in regards to multi-core processing. If you actually used your brain (instead of your eyes) you would see that the game has a lot more going on than a simple racing game.

The damage is unbelievably crappy.
I'd hold that statement till you play a final build of this game... the demo i hear lacks all the proper polish the final game will have. Trust me in motion this game is going to flat out impress.
According to IGN the marketplace demo will be the same as on the OXM disc. Though it is a single player demo, I've actually had a ton of fun playing with a friend where one of us will drive and one of us will shoot. In fact, we all loved the demo so much we play it 3 player where one drives, one machine guns/boost, and one rockets/unwrecks. Ridiculous but we played the demo for well over an hour that way (on multiple occasions too).
The makers of Full Auto understand that it's all about speed and blowing crap up and I love them for it. Don't forget to check out http://www.segalabs.com which I find hilarious as well. The sega labs guy is awesome.
About damn time they put this up on the marketplace (even if it's not a new one). Yay 11 days and I get a new demo..hasn't been anything new for me since FN3, as I already own Condemned and PGR3 on X360 and Quake 4 on PC..yay
