Publishers get warm as TGS is approching, and now it's THQ's turn with these pretty 720p images of Saint's Row. For those who can't remember the game, Saint's Row introduces you with a member of the Third Gang, one of the three gangs that tries to conquer Still Waters, an imaginary city. Very close to GTA, Saint's Row seems like it won't be more than just a clone. I hope the future will tell me that I was wrong...

The characters alone probably have more polygons than GTA:SA did on screen!

I hope that fat guy can be created as the player character aswell.

I noticed in a few shots AA isn't really working.
Game looks good tho, hope it's as good as of better than GTA.

If they can pull off the engine and get the game running smoothly alongside a enjoyable, innovative gameplay schematic, this game could be killer.

looks like it could be fun, i like the physics on the explosions and the detail on that street sweeper. ;o
