After months of waiting, and with a few thousands euros missing on my bank account, I finally have the hardware to capture 720p videos of the Xbox 360 games. As far as I can tell Xboxyde is the first european site able to do this, and I'm quite proud of this. Anyway, here is a video I've done with the demo of Ninety Nine Nights as a validation of the capture process. Please let me know what you think !
This video is in 1280x720 resolution at 60 frames per second. Needless to say you'll need a VERY powerful PC to watch it correctly. I've found that using VLC to watch it is a very big help.
Update : Like the big oaf I am I totally forgot to thank DJmizuta for sending me the demo. Many thanks again, you rock!

Commented on 2006-03-11 16:57:07This isn't a camera, this is a computer for capturing direct-feed videos. The camera is used for expos and such (E3, TGS, conferences), this is to be used for games sent to us. Better visual and sound quality with direct-feed.

Actually I may now release big videos like the first 10 minutes that way:
- 960x540 and 640x360 versions full length.
- 1280x720 with only the most interesting stuff.
