It's Bastille Day here in France, and it's no big suprise that Ubisoft released something new about Assassin's Creed Unity for such an important date in the French Revolution. So there you have it, 2 new trailers!
Praise the 7 Gods! The Old and the New! Oh..I can't friggin WAIT to play Assassin's Creed Unity! I'm really excited to play the "modern world" segments, since they said it's gonna be completely new story line! I still want it to feature "The First Civilization", but I'm excited they're starting a new story, since they completely ruined Desmond's story with Assassin's Creed III. I'm hoping for all the "wow moments" that Assassin's Creed II had!

Relax, if it was a Playstation exclusive you would be saying the opposite of wanting it.
I heard they are targeting 1080p 60fps for this. If this is the case, it should look stunning although would Ubisoft not be releasing the trailers at this FPS too then?
Looking at the story of Assassin's Creed Unity, it fits PERFECTLY what's currently going on in the USA. Wallstreet are breaking all time records, Wealthy CEOs are making all time highs in profits, while the middle class are at a 60 year low in average wage, and unemployment among the poor is at a all time high. To make matters worse, Congress has starting cutting foodstamps (food vouchers for the poor) while giving millions more in tax breaks to wealthy corporations.
Sorry for getting too political here, but it matches perfectly what happened leading up to the French Revolution.
Let's make a bet here: Graphics will improve, art direction stays the same super-clean, some (probably obnoxious) features are added, gameplay stays the same or is even more simplified (if that's even possible), story will suck as usual - but seriously, nobody's buying these games for their story.
We've seen about a dozen games from this series so far - by now we know how Ubisoft game design and marketing works - so we all know what to expect from this one.
Any of you who wants them mix up the AC formula, you've got just one chance: DO NOT BUY THE GAME !!!
Ubisoft is lazy and they'll never stop re-using the same features and milking the s**t out of any profitable series, unless we make them bleed by NOT giving them any money.

I have not given the AC series any money since Assassins Creed Brotherhood!
the graphics plus the gameplay from capcom, then i think the game will be really good.
but for now, i'm really tired of the same routine everytime
btw, the naval part is quite good in ac4

*hits DOGE in the nose with a rolled up newspaper*
I, and millions like me, buys AC games for their story! The whole "First Civilization" story line is what keeps us coming back! Not to mention, the whole Assassin's vs Templar story arch is compelling work! I admit they really dropped the ball with AC3, but they can redeem themselves! Also all this talk of "not buying their games" is a foolish task. If folks stop buying their games, then they won't make money...then they go out of business. Haven't we seen plenty of BIG game developers go under already? Less game developers, means less games, which makes me a Sad Panda.

Have you considered that perhaps some folks would disagree with you & enjoy the AC series, hence why they buy it every year?
I'll prob be one of the many that buy this purely on visuals alone - it's a very pretty game to use to show off the new consoles. As for the game itself..gotta say, i expect more of the same...and i haven't managed to force myself to complete an AC game yet.
Be interesting to see how well co-op works..and how implemented it is. I imagine it could be pretty fun with mates. I imagine it could be a disaster with randoms.

yeah because if it was a PS exclusive it would be 80% cutscenes and quick time events with a cliche story and run of the mill gameplay
Yeah & if it was an Xbox exclusive it would be aimed at children and have cartoon graphics with a sappy "made for tv" story and some rubbish kinect motion & voice control shoehorned in.
