Images PC Xbox 360 PS3

Let me tell about about a time that those of you who are under 20 couldn't know. At the time, the battle was fierce between the Amiga 500 and the Atari ST and Team 17 made Commodore's machine very popular. Among the games they created was Alien Breed, a famous shooter where you had to annihilate waves of aliens and survive a hostile environment. It was in 1991, already 18 years ago. Great news, an Unreal Engine 3 powered remake called Alien Breed Evolution is on its way. You can obviously expect a coop mode and the game will be another download-only title by Team 17. Alien Breed IS back? Driftwood?

Looks nice. I might pick this up if it plays like the bad ass original.

nice. It actually looks a lot like the Alien Shooter series now, only better.
(Hopefully it doesn't play much like them)

Looks like a less-number-of-aliens version of Alien Shooter or Shadowgrounds lol.
And before you tell me that this franchize came before the other two, i dont care. =)

That's actually an improvement IMO as the Geiger alien is probably the most heavily ripped of creature design ever created.

This was one of the best games to use them, I don't know many games that currently ripp off Giger's aliens, perhaps you can provide some examples??

Seems like none remembers the BIG announcement a few years ago: Alienbreed 2k4! That game never came out, hopefully this time Team17 will make their promises come true 8) lol

It's just nice to see Team 17 has survived so long.
I wonder how much of it is still original members

Wow!!!!

I hope they keep the menu music from Alien Breed 2 (better than 1 IMO).

Oh, Project-X, Walker. Gods, Zool 2 and Apidya would be great games for arcade as well!

God I love the Amiga (still got my 1200 with the Blizzard 030 board and 32mb), it WILL be coming out of the box tonight!
